Orders typically ship within 2 business days of an order being placed.
Saranoni offers a variety of shipping options through multiple shipping providers including the US Postal Service and FedEx. The shipping charge on your order is based on the shipping method chosen as well as the weight of your order. US Postal Service Parcel Post does not include tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order please send us an email at orders@saranoni.com or give us a call at 435 755 3200.
The Saranoni website is integrated with PayPal, so you can easily pay for your order with a credit card or debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, just click Checkout and use your credit card or debit card to pay. If you click Checkout rather than selecting PayPal your transaction will still be processed through PayPal but you can do so as a guest without creating an account or logging in. If you already have a PayPal account simply login to your existing account to quickly and securely complete your order. And, if you do not already have a PayPal account but would like to create one, you can quickly create one as part of the checkout process. You can then use your PayPal account to make purchases on this site and other sites that support PayPal.
Your payment will say “Pending” or “Awaiting Payment” until your order is ready to ship. Once we ship your blanket(s) we will capture/complete the payment transaction and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Saranoni does not capture any of your financial information. When payment information is collected you are actually on the PayPal site (although it appears like it is on our site). We have chosen PayPal because they are the leader in online payment processing and provide a secure way to pay for your purchases. Your card information is kept secure by PayPal and is not shared with Saranoni or any other parties. PayPal protects you if there was ever an unauthorized transaction processed through your account.
You have the choice of embroidering in the blanket, or on the border. If you choose in the blanket, it will be centered and embroidered near the border. The font is also a little bit larger in the blanket (approximately 1-1.5 inches tall, depending on the size of the blanket). If you choose to embroider on the border, the name will be centered on the bottom border of the blanket.
Embroidering in the border or in the blanket is really just personal preference. We suggest when embroidering on mini blanket you choose to have the embroidery be in the border. Because the mini blankets are small (15 inch width) and our Saranoni logo tag in the blanket, there is not a lot of room left for a name in the blanket. If you do choose to embroider in the blanket, please note that the name will be above the logo label and will be centered in the blanket. Both ways look really good, the only difference is in the blanket you can usually get the embroidered name a little larger because you aren’t limited to the height of the border. Either way your embroidery will look fantastic – it just depends on what you personally prefer!

  • There is a 10 character limit on embroidery done on all our mini blankets.
  • There is a 15 character limit on embroidery done IN THE BORDER on the receiving, toddler to teen and XL sizes
  • In the blanket there is no limit (we may contact you in certain circumstances if we see an issue with the length)
Yes, the our thread colors match the blanket colors exactly. So if you pick Charcoal thread on a Charcoal border or Light Pink thread on a Light Pink blanket the embroidery will not be noticeable. Try picking a lighter or darker color if you wish for the embroidery to stand out and when you are selecting your embroidery thread color try to look for a color that will compliment the blanket color. We have chosen thread colors that match our blankets. For example if you choose a Royal Blue blanket then we offer a royal blue thread so when you embroider in the border it matches the blanket. Or if you embroider in the blanket then you could choose a gray thread. If you don’t want to match the thread color try a color that compliments the blanket. For example the Coral thread looks totally cute embroidered in the border or the blanket of the Aqua Lush blanket. So have fun choosing your color!
 We are no longer embroidering on our Bamboni blankets. The fabric is delicate and we want to ensure the best quality blanket for our customers.
There is four business day lead time on embroidery in addition to the normal order processing time (1-2 business days). In most cases we ship out embroidery orders within two or three days of ordering, but we can’t guarantee that time frame, so count on an extra four days for processing when you place an order with embroidery.
If you are sending a gift to someone or want to receive your order wrapped up and ready to give, Saranoni offers gift wrapping at no extra charge. Simply request gift wrapping in the “Gift Note/Order Comments” section at checkout. The order will be wrapped in cellophane and topped with a satin ribbon. Gift wrapping is not offered during sales.
You will find a “Gift Note/Order Comments” section during the checkout process. This section allows you to write a customized gift message that will be included with your order.
If the shipping name and address differ from the customer name and address, we will not include a sales receipt with the order unless specified by the customer in the “Gift Note/Order Comments” section.
If you are not happy with your purchase from www.saranoni.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging, have all tags still attached, come from a smoke-free environment and not have been washed or used. Personalized or custom order items are not eligible for return. When shipping an item to Saranoni, please use a shipping method that is trackable, insured and requires a signature upon receipt (for example, UPS, FedEx, or USPS registered mail).

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to Saranoni. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of your exchange and when the new product will be shipped out. Saranoni will cover the cost of shipping of the new product to you.

Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to Saranoni. Once we receive the product we will notify you of the status of your return. Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for the item and will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defective Product: If the product you received has a defect, please fill out the returns form and include pictures of the defect. Or contact service@saranoni.com.

If you purchased your Saranoni product from another retailer or web site and you are interested in returning or exchanging your product, please return and exchange through the location where you made the purchase.

Sales tax is only added to orders that ship to a Utah address and the tax rate that applies to these orders is 6.55%. Sales tax is not added for orders that ship to other states or outside the U.S. Important Sales Tax Information for Oklahoma, Vermont, and South Dakota Customers: Saranoni is not obligated to, and does not, collect Oklahoma, Vermont, or South Dakota sales tax. Your purchase is subject to Oklahoma, Vermont, and South Dakota sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. The States of Oklahoma, Vermont, and South Dakota require Oklahoma, Vermont, and South Dakota purchasers to report all purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. The tax may be reported and paid on the individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return.
