Submit a Question
How do I place an order?
Browse through the products on the web site. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click on the product and then click on the Add to Cart button. The screen will change, displaying the Shopping Cart page and the items currently in your cart.
On the shopping cart page you are provided various options and prices for having your item shipped. Enter the zip code for the mailing address and click the Change button to receive an updated shipping price quote. You will be given the option to choose your shipping method later in check out process.
You may Continue Shopping or you can Check Out. To check out click on the Check Out button.
If you have purchased an item on the Saranoni web site before, under the Existing User area, enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the forgot password? link and enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.
If you have not purchased an item on the Saranoni web site before, under the New User area click on Click here to create a new account. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a password. Verify your password by entering it again.
You will be taken to the new customer, Step 2 page. Enter your billing information. If the shipping information is the same as your billing information you may click on the check box that says, Is the Billing Address the Same as the Shipping Address? and the shipping address field will be automatically populated. You may specify a Shipping Address that is different than the Billing Address. For example if an item is being purchased as a gift and you would like the gift to be shipped directly to the recipient, you would enter a different Shipping Address. Once these field are complete click on the Submit button.
You will be taken to the Final Step Payment screen. Select your desired shipping method. Your total cost will automatically update based on the shipping method selected. Enter your credit card information including, the card number, the expiration date and your card security code. On American Express cards this is a four digit number that appears on the front of the card, separate from the card number. For Visa cards, click on the What is this? link for additional information on the card security code.
Once all fields are complete and you are ready to finalize the order, click on the Submit Your Order button at the bottom of the page. An order confirmation screen will appear and a confirmation of your order will be sent via email.
